The US Family Health Plan (USFHP) is a military health plan sponsored by the Department of Defense (DoD) and offered through Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Centers (SVCMC), a TRICARE Prime designated provider.  We've been providing comprehensive health care for military families for over 25 years.  SVCMC has a long history of service to the military community.
