NEW PATIENTS
Call the clinic of your choice to make an appointment. We participate in most major health plans including: Regence Blue Shield, Premera Blue Cross, PacifiCare of Washington (including Secure Horizons), First Choice Health Plan, First Choice Health Network, Aetna and US Family Health Plan (USFHP).
In addition, we now offer downloadable patient registration forms that you can print and fill out at home before your first appointment. This will allow us to see you that much faster.
