Where We Are

The US Family Health Plan at Martin's Point has been a proud provider of health care to military families, retirees, and their dependents for the last 30 years. Our extensive network of providers serves members in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, upstate New York, and northern Pennsylvania.

Members in Portland and Brunswick, Maine, and Portsmouth, New Hampshire, may also receive care at Martin's Point Health Care Centers. Our health care centers offer a variety of Primary Care options as well as onsite pharmacies, radiology, and labs.
